Injection Molding: The Heart of Frame Production

Step onto our production floor and you will see where a pair of glasses truly begins: the injection molding workshop.

Here, polymer materials are heated and injected into precision molds to form the frame components that will eventually become sunglasses, optical glasses, and sports glasses. The process demands exacting control — temperature, pressure, and cooling cycles all influence the final quality of every part.

• Precision-molded temple arms — each transparent or colored temple is formed to consistent dimensions, ready for the next stage of finishing.
• Secondary precision processing — molded parts move to dedicated workstations where sprues are trimmed and holes are drilled or refined with rotating spindle tools.
• Automated assembly stations — specialized machines with pneumatic actuators and precision fixtures join components with accuracy measured in fractions of a millimeter.
• Hinge seating and ultrasonic joining — metal hinges are embedded into plastic temples through heat or ultrasonic welding, creating joints that open and close smoothly, thousands of times over.
